Shipping & Returns

FREIGHT POLICY

Delivery is available to Alaska and Hawaii. An additional Shipping and Handling fee will apply to shipments going to Alaska or Hawaii. This fee will be quoted at checkout. Additional transit time may be required. At this time delivery is not available to Puerto Rico or Canada.

Our choice of standard shipping is via Federal Express Ground. Drop ship delivery of goods to the front door is included.

Please be sure to inspect your order at time of delivery for any issues or damage and if possible note any damage with delivery driver. Your freight claim will be dependant upon your notation.

In terms of damage, claim or disputes with shipping carriers, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier and file a claim. June Moon Furniture Store is not responsible for the claim process. June Moon Furniture Store will not be held responsible regardless of the claim results with shipping carriers.

June Moon Furniture Store does not guarantee any refund on any of the claims. June Moon Furniture Store is not responsible for any replacement or refund for damage during transit.

RETURN POLICY

June Moon Furniture Store will accept returns with a 35% restocking fee within 15 days of shipment. The items must be returned in NEW condition in the original packaging. Customer agrees to pay for shipping to June Moon Furniture Store’s showroom. June Moon Furniture Store will not pay any freight bills or shipping bills associated with returns. For any item which we can replace by sending parts or new cover set, we would send the parts or new cover set at our cost to you. However, if you insist on a refund, this will fall under our normal return policy and we would charge a 35% restocking fee and return shipping. Items not returned in new condition or original packaging will not be accepted. In rare cases when wrong items are delivered, please contact June Moon Furniture Store for a Return Authorization (RA) number for returns. June Moon Furniture Store will not process refused shipments without June Moon Furniture Store approved RA’s. For any return cases, June Moon Furniture Store does not accept C.O.D. shipments. All return pieces must be returned to June Moon Furniture Store showroom before any credit or replacement will be issued.

WARRANTY OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY:

All purchases include the factory warranty one-year warranty against defects, whichever is longer. If you have a defect or warranty claim, you must return your purchase to our showroom for repair or replacement. Within 15 days for the order delivery date shipped.

For warranty returns on defective items, please email us to get an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). We will supply you with a return number that must be written in large letters on the outside of the return box. All returns must have an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). When you call for an RMA number we will inquire as to your reason for return. Items without an RMA number will be returned to sender. To obtain an RA number email info@junemoonfurniture.com. We may refuse packages that do not have the RA number clearly written on the outside of the box. This number allows us to connect the returned merchandise to you specifically and we need it in order to return your repaired or replaced item in a timely manner.

Packaging for returns must be as good as the original packaging that we used to get the product to you. The returned item has to get back to us in one piece for us to honor your warranty. The item must be intact, so please package it really well in bubble wrap and packing peanuts, or balled up paper in an over-sized box.

WEBSITE AND PRINT ERRORS

June Moon Furniture Store strives to provide accurate and timely information on the website and its print materials. However, in the event merchandise is incorrectly priced or contains incorrect product details or other misinformation, June Moon Furniture Store reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment received. If a credit card has been charged for purchases and the order is canceled June Moon Furniture will issue a credit to the credit card account in the amount of the charge.
